Payout Limits

${}^{1)}$ The Maximum Daily Payout per Customer is the aggregate total of all winnings accrued by a single customer (defined as an individual account holder, a group acting in concert or syndicate, or accounts sharing a common IP address/device) within a 24-hour period from midnight (00:00:00) to the final second before the next midnight (23:59:59) in the South Africa Standard Time (SAST) timezone. This limit applies to the Date of Settlement (Resulting), not the Date of Placement and is subject to a Global Daily Limit of R30,000,000.00 across all products.

${}^{2)}$ A ”combination bet” involves selecting more numbers than required for a specific outcome (e.g., matching two balls). The system then generates bets covering all possible combinations of the selected numbers, maximising the chances of winning. Each combination represents a separate wager. For instance, if the customer selects balls 1, 5, and 10, and the outcome requirement is two balls being drawn, the system will create bets covering combinations like 1 and 5, 1 and 10, and 5 and 10. Customers place bets on these combinations, and if any of the combinations match the drawn result, they win according to the market’s payout rules.

Related Contingencies: Where a Customer places multiple bets on the same event or outcome (whether single or in combination), YesPlay reserves the right to apply the Maximum Payout Limit to the aggregate return of all such bets, treating them as a single wager.

These limits are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of SA Sportsbook (Pty) Ltd. t/a YesPlay. In the event of a dispute, the General Terms and Conditions regarding Malfunction, Fraud, and Settlement Errors shall take precedence.
