promotion (the "Network Promotion") and stand a chance to win your share of the cash prizes worth of R10
million (ten million rand) monthly, which could be won in the Daily Prize Drop,
Weekly Blackjack Tournament or Daily Game Shows Tournament (the "Promotion").
The Drops & Wins Live Casino promotion is active in the selected participating games and will run
from 5 April 2023 to 6 March 2024 (the "Network Promotion Term").
In order to participate, players need to play with real money and make qualifying bets on any of the participating
games/tables. To stand a chance to win in the tournaments, players need to qualify on the leaderboard based on the
selected tournament criteria. Prize drops are rewarded randomly to players.
By participating in the Promotion, you hereby agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
General Terms and Conditions
- This Network Promotion is operated by Pragmatic Play. As such, the prize pool is shared across the network
of operators who opt in for this Network Promotion.
- The Drops & Wins Network Promotion will run in the selected participating games
throughout 5 April 2023 and 6 March 2024
weekly and will include (in total for the whole Network Promotion Term):
- A total of 336 (three hundred and thirty-six) prize drops (each a "Daily Prize Drop"), which will run
daily on selected Roulette tables and Game Shows.
- A total of 48 (forty-eight) weekly blackjack tournaments (each a
"Weekly Blackjack Tournament"), which will run weekly only on selected Blackjack tables.
- A total of 336 (three hundred and thirty-six) daily Game Shows tournaments (each a
"Daily Game Shows Tournament") which will run daily on selected Game Shows.
- To participate in any Daily Prize Drops, Weekly Blackjack Tournament and/or Daily Game Shows Tournaments
in the Network Promotion, players must join/opt-in to any of the participating games.
- The total expected prize pool for the entire Network Promotion is R120 million (one hundred and twenty million
rand).
Mechanics
- A Daily Prize Drop/ Weekly Blackjack Tournament/Daily Game Show Tournament will be referred to
individually or collectively as a promotion (the "Promotion")
- For players to be eligible to participate in any Promotion, a real money minimum bet is required in the
amounts stated in the table below
on the participating game(s) is required (hereinafter a "Qualifying Bet").

- The Promotion rules and prize tables are built in the participating games/tables. The prize table updates in
real time showing, the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.
- In the event that 2 (two) or more players finish a Tournament on the same leaderboard position, the player who
has achieved the score first, will receive the higher prize.
- Prizes will be paid out as per the 'Prizes' tab, found in each of the participating games/tables.
How to Participate in Daily Prize Drops
- A player must join/opt-in to any of the participating games/tables.
- A player must place a Qualifying Bet being a minimum stake of R40.00 (forty rand) on any participating
game/table of the Daily Prize Drop.
- Any Qualifying Bet (as defined above) placed on any of the participating games/tables may trigger 1 (one) random
prize from the prize pool during the Daily Prize Drop period.
Daily Prize Drops mechanics
- There are 7 (seven) Daily Prize Drops in each week within the Drops & Wins Network Promotion.
- 1 (one) Qualifying Bet (as defined hereinabove) may trigger 1 (one) Prize Drop from the winnings pool during
the Daily Prize Drops.
- The random Daily Prize Drops rules and prize tables are built in the participating games. The Prize Drops prize
table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.
- Each Daily Prize Drop will end daily upon the earlier of (i) 18:59 CEST/CET; or (ii) when there are no more
prizes left.
- Only the first 1000 (one thousand) Qualifying Bets per day within each of the Daily Prize Drop
(the "Qualifying Bets Limit") will be counted towards as eligible for each Promotion. All Qualifying Bets
placed after reaching the Qualifying Bets Limit will not be counted towards each Promotion.

How to Participate in Weekly Blackjack Tournaments
- A player must join/opt-in to any of the participating games.
- A player must place Qualifying Bets being a minimum stake of R200.00 (two hundred rand) or any higher minimum
bet available on a participating game, on any of the participating Weekly Blackjack Tournament tables/games.
- A player will receive points based on in-game Consecutive Wins (as defined hereunder).
- The higher the total value of the points received by the player for Consecutive Wins, the higher the player's
score.
- The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score displayed on the in-game leaderboard by the
end of each Weekly Blackjack Tournament:

Weekly Blackjack Tournament mechanics
- Each Qualifying Week within the Network Promotions Term includes 1 (one) Weekly Blackjack Tournament.
- In order for players to be eligible to participate in the Weekly Blackjack Tournament, a real money minimum
bet of R200.00 (two hundred rand) on any of the participating games (or any higher minimum bet
available on a participating game) is required.
- In order for players to rank on the leaderboard of a Weekly Blackjack Tournament, a minimum of 2 (two)
Consecutive Qualifying Wins (as defined hereunder) received after placing 2 (two) Qualifying Bets (as defined
hereunder) is required.
(For illustrative purposes only: player places a bet of R200.00 (two hundred rand) and wins R400.00
(four hundred rand), which equals to 2 (two) (20/10=2) and player receives 0 (zero) points. Then player
places a bet of R400.00 (four hundred rand) and wins R800.00 (eight hundred rand), which equals
to 2 (two) (40/20=2) and player receives 1 (one) point)
- The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with the score, which score is based on the total points received by
the player for consecutive in-game wins on a Qualifying Bet (hereinafter each a "Consecutive Win"), as
defined below:
- Only Main Bets and Bets Behind (as defined below), which satisfy the Qualifying Bet criteria, may be
considered for Weekly Blackjack Tournament.
- A main bet in Weekly Blackjack Tournaments shall be defined as regular straight up bet
("Main Bets").
- Bets behind in Weekly Blackjack Tournaments shall be defined as Best Hand, Insurance and
Blackjack ("Bets Behind").
- If a player places any Main Bet(s) and/or Bets Behind, which satisfy the Qualifying Bet criteria,
together with Side Bet(s) within 1 (one) game round, only such Main Bet(s) and/or Bets Behind may be
considered for the Weekly Blackjack Tournament score.
- Side bets in Weekly Blackjack Tournaments shall be defined as Perfect Pairs (Perfect Pair,
Coloured Pair, Mixed Pair) and 21+3 (Suited Trips, Straight Flush, Three of a Kind, Straight,
Flush) ("Side Bets").
- In the event of a player taking multiple seats at a Blackjack table, the total Qualifying Bet and total
Qualifying Win across all seats together will be considered towards the Weekly Blackjack Tournament
score.
- If a player places multiple Main Bets and/or multiple Bets Behind on a participating table, the total
Qualifying Bet and total Qualifying Win will be considered for the Weekly Blackjack Tournament score.
- If a player places a bet and splits the hand, the total Qualifying Bet and Total Qualifying Win across
the split hands will be considered for the Weekly Blackjack Tournament Score.
- If a player receives a win (win + stake of the winning bet) within 1 (one) game round that is exactly
equal to 1x (one time) of the total Qualifying bet, the game round will not be considered for the Weekly
Blackjack Tournament score.
- If a player has a Consecutive Win streak and receives a win (win + stake of the winning bet)
equal to 1x (one time) of the total Qualifying bet, the Consecutive Qualifying Wins streak will
be paused and remain at the same number and shall resume as soon as the player starts placing
Qualifying Bets again.
- The point distribution for each Qualifying Win is given to players as per the table below:

- Each Weekly Blackjack Tournament starts weekly on Wednesday at 19:01 CEST/CET and ends on the following
Wednesday at 18:59 CEST/CET.
- Only the first 500 (five hundred) Qualifying Bets per day within each of the Weekly Blackjack Tournaments (the
"Qualifying Bets Limit") will be counted towards as eligible for each Promotion. All Qualifying Bets
placed after reaching the Qualifying Bets Limit will not be counted towards each Promotion.
How to Participate in Daily Game Shows Tournaments
- A player must join/opt-in to any of the participating games.
- A player must place Qualifying Bets being a minimum stake of R40.00 (forty rand) on any of the participating
Daily Game Shows Tournament tables/games.
- A player will receive points based on the total amount of points received based on Big Wins.
- The higher the total value of the points received by the player for Big Wins, the higher the player's score.
- The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score displayed on the in-game leaderboard by
the end of each Daily Game Shows Tournament.

Daily Game Shows Tournament Mechanics
- In order for players to be eligible to participate in the Daily Game Shows Tournament, a real money minimum
bet of R40.00 (forty rand) on any of the participating games (or any higher minimum bet
available on a participating game) is required.
- The leaderboard in the Daily Game Shows Tournament is ranked in accordance with the score, which is based on
the total amount of points received based on the in-game wins multiplier.
- A player will be awarded points if he/she places Qualifying Bets, and the win multiplier (win multiplier is
calculated as total win divided by total bet for each round) is equal or greater to the win multiplier values in
the table below
(for example: a player places a R40.00 (forty rand) bet on any of the participating games and wins R5,000.00
(five thousand rand), in this example the win multiplier of the qualifying bet is 125 (one hundred and
twenty five)(5,000/40=125) and the player will receive 200 (two hundred) points).
- The configured win multiplier means the exact number and any higher value up to the next tier.
